General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The products purchased on mediterrah.it are sold directly by Tradizione & Innovazione A.M.A. Srl, with registered office in Monopoli (Ba), Via Lepanto 86, Tax Code/VAT number 08600910726. The offer and sale of the products on the mediterrah.it website are governed by these “General Terms and Conditions of Sale.” The “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” may be periodically updated; those published on mediterrah.it accepted at the time of check-out are considered effective and binding. Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before purchasing.

Method of purchase
For each product selected, a description sheet is displayed with the image and essential characteristics, by way of example: the ingredients, and the unit price. The images and colours of the products offered for sale on mediterrah.it may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used: mediterrah.it is not liable for any inaccuracies due to a particular configuration of the computer or its malfunction. Product availability
The products offered for sale and the relative prices are those indicated on mediterrah.it. If, when ordering, the products are not available, the corresponding size will not be displayed. If, due to a simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent. La Tradizione & Innovazione A.M.A. Srl may change the products offered for sale on mediterrah.it and the relative price at any time and without notice.

Product pricing
The price of each item is shown in euros: taxes are included (VAT). Any shipping cost is indicated before payment and calculated in relation to the destination of the goods. (see Shipping costs and times).

Order
The execution of the purchase order implies knowledge of these general terms and conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance. Orders may be made after registering and/or creating a personal Customer account. Please read the Privacy Policy and the “Terms and Conditions” carefully. Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions indicated on the website. Purchasing of products offered for sale on mediterrah.it may be completed by consumers/customers that have reached the age of majority acting exclusively on their own behalf. The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on mediterrah.it is prohibited.

Order confirmation
At the conclusion of the purchase, the Customer will receive written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with details of the price of the product and any shipping costs.

Payments
Payment may be made with any credit card and through the PayPal system, which also allows for processing transactions by credit card.

Invoicing
The parties obliged to request an invoice must request it at the time of ordering, upon notification of the VAT number and other elements useful for invoicing.

Shipping
Shipments are entrusted to the courier GLS.
Delivery is free when the total purchase exceeds 80 euros; below this threshold the rate varies according to the total weight of your purchase: €7 up to 5 kg, €9 from 5 to 10 kg, €12 from 10 to 20 kg, €15 from 20 to 30 kg, €20 over 30 kg.
We deliver throughout Italy and Europe.
If you need to ship to another address, you can indicate it during the final stage of purchase.
It is also possible to pick it up in the store, in this case we will contact you by email to make an appointment.


Intellectual property
The full content of the mediterrah.it website (drawings, illustrations, photographs, texts, graphics, descriptions, brands, images, and videos) is the exclusive property of Tradizione & Innovazione A.M.A. Srl. It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, publish, disseminate, copy, modify or sell the full or partial content of the mediterrah.it website by any means. It is possible to print materials only for personal and non-commercial use.

Limited liability - Warranty disclaimer
The mediterrah.it website may contain potential imperfections and Tradizione & Innovazione A.M.A. Srl does not guarantee that they will be corrected. The Tradizione & Innovazione A.M.A. Srl.it website and its content are provided “as is” and “based on availability.” By using the website, the User assumes all risks associated with such use and assumes full liability for any non-use, loss of data and costs due for the service and repair activities of the hardware and/or software used in relation to said website. The User also undertakes not to hold Tradizione & Innovazione A.M.A. Srl liable in any manner for any damages deriving from or caused by the use of the website or related thereof. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law and are written in Italian and English. In the event of disputes, the Court of jurisdiction shall be at the customer's place of elective residence or domicile.
